The Ajax MotionCam Outdoors uses high quality optics, fast processors and advanced software algorithms to take informative photos in any weather and lighting conditions. The two infrared LED lights give black and white images at night and the wide-angle lens covers a 105° angle. The photo resolution settings range from 320 × 176 pixels (by default) to 640 × 352 pixels.

The device has two independent PIR motion sensors that detect intrusion within an 88.5° angle. It is IP55 weather-rated and can withstand temperatures between -25°C to 60°C. The MotionCam Outdoors also comes with anti-masking features and includes an Ajax Hood.
