The VIPC20 PC/Linux IP to CMS converter enables Paradox security systems to convert and transmit critical alarm and event data to a Central Monitoring Station (CMS). It receives signals from Paradox M panels, converts them into a standard format, and sends them to the CMS for processing. If the CMS is temporarily unavailable, the VIPC20 can store up to 80,000 events safely until the connection is restored. It uses MQTT technology, which allows for fast, secure, and reliable communication, typically delivering information from the M panel to the CMS in less than 100 milliseconds. Its architecture supports high-capacity signal handling and continuous supervision, making it well-suited for mission-critical monitoring environments.
